Cast The First Stone

So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. (Joh 8:7  KJV)

God is Fair and Just!

In the previous verses before our theme verse today, a woman is condemned by her community having been caught in the act of adultery. Her accusers quickly bring her before Jesus for his final say and verdict. God's verdict exactly accords with his spirit of grace, mercy and compassion.

He says, "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. (Joh 8:7). No bystander ever expected such a response. I can only imagine that they walked away - some angered, some humbled, some confused.

We, at times are like the accusers in that particular story. We are always quick to cast stones before looking in the mirror. That certainly isn't right! We must examine ourselves first - THEN.

Then what? - you ask. Then work with those at fault, those in need, to help them to walk differently. It is in so doing, we would be able to say that we've taken on the Spirit of our master.

If you are in a particular situation now where 'stones are being thrown at you - LEFT - RIGHT - CENTER," don't worry God has the final say and those throwing them also have faults and need to repent.

Jesus extends his hands of grace and mercy to you. The stones won't hurt once you're in the right hands!

God is Doing The Work Himself!

Jehovah himself is caring for you! He is your defender. He protects you day and night. He keeps you from all evil, and preserves your life. He keeps his eye upon you as you come and go and always guards you. (Psalm 121:5-8 TLB)

As a leader, there are some things I like to do myself. This is so because I believe, for some tasks, it will only be done perfectly, if the person who wants it done, does it them self.

I would have met with several disappointing experiences when I would have delegated tasks and they didn't come out how I wanted them to. This annoyed me and caused me at times to just turn and do it myself.

I believe this is the same reason you usually find someone washing their NEW vehicle them self or a child protecting his/her NEW gift his/herself. We can go on and on and on.

This is so because it shows a great sense of PERSONAL CARE.

This is why the Psalmist writes in 121 about how our GOD is caring for us HIMSELF! Doesn't this get you excited? It certainly gets me overwhelmed and happy. God hasn't employed angels to do his job.

He is defending you HIMSELF! He is protecting you HIMSELF! He is keeping evil from befalling you HIMSELF! He is preserving your life HIMSELF! He has HIS eyes upon you! He is guarding you HIMSELF!

WOW! Don't worry my friend! God is taking care of you HIMSELF! Be encouraged - Live with a new sense of HOPE from today. Everything will be OK!

Just Stay Hopeful

Have you ever reached to the point in your life when it seems like everyone would have turned their backs on you? E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E  seems against you? Things are just falling apart?

How do you usually react?

This was the case with Daniel. After his promotion, jealously filled the hearts of many of those around, especially those who had to report to him.

They thought and thought and thought! Finally, they came up with a plan. "Let's get the king to sign a decree (Daniel 6:8) that whoever prayed to any God or man for thirty days, except to the king would be thrown into the den of lions.

This, they thought would get Daniel out of the way. Totally out of the picture.

May I pause to remind you here. No matter the pressure or circumstance, if GOD be for you, who can be against you? (Romans 8:31) You are more than a conqueror!

Let's continue. The king, not realizing their cunning plan, signs it into law.

The exciting part of the story for me, is the BOLDNESS of Daniel. He heard of the law and BOLDLY and OUTRIGHTLY disobeyed. I don't know if there is something called a "Good Disobedience," but this was certainly time for it.

It is during the midst of your situation you have to turn up the pressure on the enemy and BOLDLY  PRAY! Pray Hard at times! Soft at times! Constantly DECLARE the positive over your life!

Let's head right back to our story.

Inspite of a law setup to wipe out Daniel - He remained HOPEFUL and bible history tells us the rest. How God delivered his servant and allowed the plan to turn around on his servant's enemies - Just because Daniel PRAYED!

Hallelujah!!!!!!

This probably sounds like a similar battle you are in now. On the job, in the court, in your community or family. Where ever it is - The key phrase is STAY  HOPEFUL - GOD  CAN  HELP!

I do hope that this Special Hope Devotional automatically posts on my blog and emails to you at such a critical time in your life when you need it - when we need it - all. God never lets a message go global before the appointed time.

I am not compelled to make this entry very, very, very long because I want you, my local St. Kitts - Nevis audience, my Caribbean and International audience to get the point quickly and then share this email all around the world. To be short, plain and frank, "THERE  ARE  A  WHOLE  LOT  OF  JUDAS'  ON  THE  LOOSE - BEWARE!"

Also, "THE  DEVIL  IS  OUT  WORKING  HARDER  NOW  MORE  THAN  EVER to instill the spirit of fear, the spirit depression, the spirit of suicide, the spirit of anger, the spirit of revenge on as many people as he can." All these spirits are contrary to the fruits of the spirit that God longs for us to engender. Interestingly enough, he is working through CLOSE  FRIENDS,  FAMILY  MEMBERS, CO-WORKERS  YOU  THOUGHT  ARE  FOR  YOU  AND  THE  INQUISITIVE  FOLKS  IN  SOCIETY.

For the record, EVERYONE  DOESN'T  LIKE  YOU! Not because they smile with you, eat with you, share a snack with you, hang with you by the village shop, or give you a ride in their vehicle or even hire you, means that they like you. DO  NOT  BE  FOOLED!

There are dozens of people out there that a jealous of you, hate every drop of blood in your veins and want to see you fall. There are people out there who want your job, who are jealous of the vehicle you are driving and the house you just built. Some people are even jealous of the weave that you are wearing and that nice silver or gold chain or bracelet, even your shoes. Some persons are jealous that your children are excelling in school. Some people are jealous of your success and your ideas. Others smile with you but if they had their way, they would kill you.

NOTE THOUGH: 2 Kings 6:16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.

Judas didn't kill Jesus with his bear hands, but he handed him over to be persecuted. I want you to note and note well, it's not every person who names the name of Christ or calls themself a Christian or a Pastor or Minister of the Gospel really has Jesus Christ Living in their hearts. Next time you are around a Christian that is pulling down others instead of trying to discuss a way to help - I want you to move away quickly from them before their spirit jumps into you. They are SHEEP in wolves clothing and are VERY  DANGEROUS. The same way they pull down the name of those they are discussing, it's the same way they will pull down your name too.

That's why we must ALWAYS have our spirit of discernment TURNED  UP  TO  ALL. It is imperative that we stay praying, (INDIVIDUALLY and COLLECTIVELY) and  be on the lookout, always remembering that the battle certainly isn't ours, but God's. GOD  FIGHTS  AND  WINS  ALL  THE  BATTLES  ON  BEHALF  OF  THOSE  THAT  ARE  TRULY  SAVED.

Friend, in closing, in such a challenging time in our World's History, I want to recommend that we all work TOGETHER. Let us bring back the days where the community looked out for its villagers and where the village raised the child.

TOO  LATE! Ludicrous! A Thousand Times Over! It is not too late if we start now! I need you! You need me! Let us work together! Who do you call at midnight when you want encouragement? Isn't it your brother or minister in the Lord? Where do I go to cut my hair or buy something to eat? We do need each other!"

We each have varying problems. If the economy hasn't taken a toll on our personal or business lives, then we are having marital problems? Do you honestly know where your husband or wife slept last night? Didn't you argue with your partner recently but are playing like all is well in the public?

I hope you are not one stressing someone else when you have your problems too.

Some teenage girls are prostituting themselves to make a living while many boy are pushing drugs to survive. Someone has just bought some tablets to commit suicide while there is a gentleman with a gun always in his pocket to kill himself in the event of the evitable.

The person that is busy fighting you down, is too busy to notice that their child was molested by a teacher or prominent person in society. I can go on and on and on an on but I do believe you get my point. We ALL have our issues - no one is excluded.

What can I say as I close this HOPE  DEVOTIONAL - This devotional that God asked me to write and set it to go out at a particular time on a particular day at 1:00pm EST?

All I can say as I close is this. JUDAS' are on the loose. Some are well known and others work in the background on their phones, in their positions, using their iphones and blackberries trying to bring people down instead of build up folks. Thus, we must do what Daniel did - Pray, we must not give up like MOSES even when The Pharoah's reject us. If we lose everything like JOB, let's not get angry with God, but stay patient for our time will come again.

Get up! Do not take the doctor's report as final. Pray and go get a second opinion. Business people like me, St. Kitts - Nevis or your country isn't your only market, ask God to give you the wisdom to widen your horizons and blossom again. How dare you let that other lady take your husband or that man take your wife. Start praying and declaring some things over your situation.

Christians have power and if we use it, REST  ASSURED  we will see results. If two shall agree, REST  ASSURED that we'll see results even FASTER.

No matter your situation friend, do not give up - do not give in - do not let the enemy win. Fight for your marriage. Fight for your children. Fight for your finances. Fight for your business. (Right after this, I'm going out to give out some business flyers for www.kvkenterprises.com to get some screen printing and embroidery jobs and I am declaring and claiming something TODAY because as I walk, I'll be praying for FAVOUR - because it comes as we MOVE."

This fighting doesn't require any artillery though, it requires MUCH  PRAYER  AND  FASTING because that is the only thing that will allow us to cross over into our PROMISED  LAND  that God has waiting for us.

Please be sure to pass this email all across the world and if you can, print it out and slip it on the desk of your enemies or post it to someone in the mail. As a Child of God - stand your ground - defy the odds - no matter what happens to you in life - it's all apart of your testimony - SOOOOOO - Let the talkers talk and the devil's employees work (remember some of them claim to be Christians too) - because they will get their pay of destruction in God's Time - Not Ours. I seal those words with the blood of Jesus Christ and they can only be removed once those guilty as charged REPENT  IMMEDIATELY. From today, I decree and declare that the devil's imps do not sleep well unless they quickly move to say their sorries. Note well, this blog entry will only make the devil angrier and cause his imps to turn up the pressure, but God has our backs.

Remember, plenty of Judas' are on the loose now more than ever. Therefore, I recommend that you spend more time praying and reading your Bible and seeking God's face than looking for company and friends. Don't say I didn't warn you - the people we sometimes think are our closest friends, the people who smile with us and hug us, the people who commend us are sometimes our DEEPEST  ENEMIES. I warned you - Judas' are on the loose.

Helper of The Helpless - Hope Is Ahead

O Lord. . . you are known as the helper of the helpless. (Psalm 10:14 TLB)

Have you ever reached the point in your life when it seems like there is no where else to turn? You would have tried everything seemingly possible to jump over the hurdle, but yet you never got over. It is there and then you turn to Jesus - the helper of the helpless.

We should always turn to God FIRST, but this is usually not the case. We try everyone and everything before turning to him. Probably, that's human nature.

The woman with the issue of blood also tried all other alternatives before trying The Master. The bible recounts that she spent ALL she had (Luke 8:43) before setting her mind to even touch the hem of Jesus' garment.

She pushes through the crowd until she reaches the HELPER of the helpless. Jesus feels the virtue leave his body and proclaims that the woman's faith made her whole. If we, like this once sick lady develop the faith and determination that the solution to our problems will come from the HELPER of the helpless when we seek him - Oh what a peace we would have as Jesus steps in and takes care.

Depressed? Forsaken? Doubtful? Suicidal? Hurting? Sick? Shocked? Financially Stressed?

There's Hope! Talk with Jesus NOW - He is the HELPER of the helpless.

God Forgives - Hope Is Ahead

I wanted to keep the Youths Listening and Attentive at The Conaree Wesleyan Holiness Church at this Youth Sunday Service so I dress in my 5th Form Verchilds High School Unform and School Bag. This was a Powerful Service and many youths answered the Altar Call

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 KJV)

Have you ever done something that you were extremely sorry about after? Many of us have.

Have you ever asked for forgiveness from a friend, family member or acquaintance for some deed that you did that wasn't good? What was their response like?

We live in a world where many persons use the word forgiveness loosely and lightly. People claim to forgive, then when you do something, they bring back up your fault and  try and belittle you. Then, we have those persons who NEVER forgive at all. They constantly remind you of your past, they say things privately and publicy about you to try and tarnish your name and reputation. They go on and on and on.

We all make mistakes. We all say and do things that we should not say or do. We've had negative thoughts too. Right?

The key to moving forward and living a life of HOPE, is confessing our sins to our maker - Jesus Christ. John writes in 1 John 1:9, that when we do confess, God is faithful enough to forgive us and cleanse us from all our of them.

This for me, brings a renewed HOPE. I need not worry and stress over what I've done in the past. I can look forward and LIVE. What I must do though, is to aim not to fall back into the same hole of sin that God pulled me out of and forgave me.

God is waiting - why not ask forgiveness for that 'thing' or those 'things' that you've done and regret. If you're not saved, why not ask God to forgive you of your sins TODAY and come into your life.

It's that simple - Hope's Ahead!

YOUTHS ACROSS THE WORLD - OPEN YOUR EYES AND HAVE A CLOSE LOOK AT POLITICIANS! Don't let them play on our emotions ANYMORE. They want us to employ them, make them work HARD FOR YOUR X. Very Hard. Brother Khrystus and his dozens of YOUTHS around the Federation aren't VOTING this elections - UNLESS - UNLESS WHAT? Tell the POLITICIANS TO COME HAVE FACE TO FACE MEETINGS WITH US - AT OUR PLACE - NOT... THEIRS - or St. Kitts - Nevis will see a Historic BOYCOTT of the Youth Vote - Youths are tired of being USED around election time and ABSUED, FORGOTTEN, VICTIMIZED after. Remember - everything TEMPORARY that you are given now will finish, while POLITICIANS will get LARGE SALARIES FOR 5 YEARS ---OPEN YOUR EYES AND BE WISE. I'm not VOTING UNLESS. . . . Honestly - Why should you vote ?

Knowing that someone is there for you when you need them always provides a sense of assurance. Sadly, during difficult times, those we sometimes expect to be there for us - Disappear. One story tells of a mother in a deep family crisis with her husband.  As things got worse, the many friends that she had when things were "better," suddenly pulled themselves out of the picture. They stopped calling. They stopped visiting. They stopped offering advice.

You see, this lady's husband was quite a popular figure in society and no one wanted to utter a word against his wrong doing, so they kept quiet and stayed away. Yes - I know, you are probably thinking of some situation in your life, or the life of a close love one to which you can relate. These occurences happen ever so often. Every Hour. Every Day. Every Month. Every Year.

If you haven't met face to face with such a situation, you probably will sooner or later.

The encouraging fact is found in Isaiah 58: 9. When everyone else disappears. When no one else seems to care. When friends and family forsake you. You can simply CRY out to God for help and his ready response will be. Here am I.

Why not tell God what's on your mind right now - He can help!
